Dynanotex Carbon ALU

Dynanotex is a tow spreading system for dry unidirectional carbon fibre reinforcements. The concept is based on two separate layers of dry unidirectional carbon fibre bonded together by a resin-compatible adhesive. Dynanotex carbon is extremely stiff and lightweight, delivering an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. The square grid pattern delivers unmatched dimensional stability and instant energy transfer — no flex loss, no energy-robbing deformation. It is also covered with an extremely thin layer of aluminium powder, providing improved UV and sun protection.

Full Carbon

Full Carbon construction delivers exceptionally low weight and maximum stiffness. Carbon fiber is one of the strongest and lightest materials available — up to five times stronger than steel at a fraction of the weight — which is why it is widely used in aerospace and top-level motorsport. Our 100% carbon layup contains no additional aramid or glass fibers, resulting in a highly responsive, ultra-light, and performance-driven racing boat.

Kevlar/Carbon

Kevlar/Carbon is a high-performance composite combining the best of both materials. Carbon brings exceptional stiffness and low weight, while Kevlar adds outstanding impact resistance and toughness. Reliable and long-lasting.

UD Carbon

Unidirectional (UD) carbon fibers run in a single direction, allowing us to place strength exactly where it is needed. Because carbon is strongest when loaded along its fiber axis, precise fiber orientation increases stiffness and durability while keeping weight extremely low. Compared to traditional woven carbon, UD construction delivers superior strength-to-weight performance — ideal for high-performance racing boats.

Fiberglass

Fiberglass is a composite material made from fine glass fibres woven into a fabric and bonded with resin. It offers good strength and durability at an accessible price point, making it a reliable choice for paddlers seeking solid, long-lasting construction. While heavier than carbon-based materials, fiberglass provides excellent impact resistance and is well-suited for demanding conditions where toughness matters most.

Multi-axial fibers

Multi-axial fibers are arranged at multiple angles and layers to effectively resist different types of forces. Because carbon performs best when loaded along its fiber axis, precise orientation and optimized lay-up design are essential for defining load paths and maximizing efficiency. Advanced construction methods allow us to place reinforcement only where it is needed, maintaining the same toughness and durability while achieving very low weight and improved stiffness.

Sandwich

Sandwich construction consists of multiple horizontal layers bonded together with epoxy resin to create a strong, unified structure. By combining ultra-light carbon fibers with a medium-density, high-quality PVC foam core, this technology delivers an exceptionally light yet strong and rigid boat construction with excellent structural integrity.

Hot-cured Epoxy

Hot-cured epoxy ensures optimal mechanical performance and durability. While uncured epoxy resins offer limited mechanical, chemical, and heat resistance, controlled heat curing significantly enhances their structural properties. All Vajda boats are cured according to a precise temperature schedule to achieve maximum strength, durability, and long-term performance of the epoxy resin system.

Vacuum Bag

Vacuum bagging improves material consolidation by removing excess resin and air during the curing process. This results in a higher carbon-to-resin ratio, enhancing structural efficiency and significantly improving the strength-to-weight performance of the final product.

IRC System

IRC System (Integrated Reinforced Core) dramatically enhances boat stiffness, rigidity, and overall strength. Carbon ribs are fully integrated into both the deck and hull, creating a structure several times stronger than traditional soft-foam reinforcements. The system absorbs impact and deformation forces exceptionally well and has no memory effect, maintaining consistent performance over time.

IRC is the result of a unique combination of technology and experience, and is protected by international patent law through the World Trade Organization.

Vajda Group holds all exclusive rights for this technology, with pending patent PV 2012-217 and utility model PUV 2012-25829 officially registered.

Custom Sizes

Custom Sizes offer full flexibility beyond standard dimensions. From subtle size adjustments to fully customized modifications, each boat can be tailored to reflect your specific requirements and paddling style. This allows you to choose the perfect fit according to your weight and performance needs.
